1- All WA National Barrel Racing Association (NBHA) rules will apply and the following for the TGIF 4D Barrel Series. (See WA NBHA Rules and Regulations Book or go to www.wanbha.com)

2-To be eligible for awards you must pay a nomination fee for each riders horse combination and you will recieve points on a rider horse combination only.

3-You can nominate more than one horse, however points will be kept seperate for each horse, points are non-transferable.

4-Contestants may ride any horse or as many horses as they choose in a class. A rider cannot ride the same horse more than once in a class. In no case will the same horse be ran more than once in the same class.

5-Nomination forms are non-transferable from rider to rider. Each rider must pay his/her own nomination fee, no exceptions.

6-You must run in 4 of the 6 shows to qualify for awards.

7-Winners will be determined by averaging the best 4 of 6 times and are placed in the appropriate division. If two or more riders tie, the winnings will be given to the rider with the fastest time.

8-You can only recieve one series award for each rider/horse combination you nominate. If you placed in multiple divisions on an individual horse you will recieve the award in the division you placed highest in. If you tie in multiple divisions, you will recieve the award in the higher division. If two or more riders tie, the placing will got to the rider horse combination with the fastest time.

9-Series awards will be given as far down as possible, depending on the funding. All series qualifiers will at least recieve a participation award. Horse rider combination must place more than once in a division to be eligible for an award in that division.

10-TGIF4D Youth Class is 18 and under as of January 1st.

11-Only TGIF4D producers and representatives will make decisions on year end awards.

12-Points will not be awarded and a “no time” will be given for:

       a. Going off course (i.e., not completing a cloverleaf pattern)

       b. Not running in drawn positon

      c. Knocking over a barrel (if barrel is knocked over and it sets up again on either end, a “no item” will be accessed.) Touching a barrel to keep it from falling is permitted.

      d. Any run during wich a contestant breaks the time barrier.

13- Poles will issue a five second penalty for every pole knocked down.

14- Barrel measurments shall be 60′ score, 75′ between 1st and 2nd barrels, 90′ to the 3rd barrel.

15- If the timers should fail, a re-ride may be issued at the end of the class by the producers discretion.

16- TGIF4D, Melody Riders Saddle Club, NBHA and BRN4D and its producers reserve the right to accept or reject any entry.

17- Anyone participating in any event must sign a Liability Release form. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign for them.

18- Once you have entered an event or time only, there will be no refunds, unless at the producers discretion.

19- A 35$ service charge on all returned checks. You may be put on a cash only basis at the producers discretion.
