Meeting called to order at 6:30 at Spoko Fuel. In attendance were: Andrea KernKamp, Trish Winterstein, Kiley and Becky Kemmer, Bea Pillen, LeAnne Pillen, Tammy Turner, Shirly Stolp, and Oly Burnett.
The following items were addressed:
Bingo Night- it was decided to schedule it in October.
Race Night- due to everyone’s busy schedule, we will plan Race Night for early in 2011
Advertising: Oly will place ads in the Exchange and the dates in the Horse Previews.
Web Hosting will be shared duty of Bonnie Muraoka and LeAnne Pillen. The will begin working on it immediatley.
New computer program: Shirely will have Bonnie check it out, and Andrea will also gather information. It was movied and approved to purchase the program after researching it, as it will make payouts much easier. Amanda Burnett will look at it to see if it will work with the Western Games.
Sign Space Rental: An ad was placed in the Chewelah Independent with no inquires. Oly will contact local businesses to see if there is any interest. Tammy Turner is contacting Big R®.
Western Game Judges: The following people were suggested: Amanda Burnett, Kim Sulgrove, Ed Carr, and Steve Ulrich. If anyone is intersted, please contact Shirley Stolp.
TGIF: Andrea is busy working on it. We need to email everyone to remind them of the dates. As soon as we get the web up and running, that will be done.
Tammy Turner is having the equine dentist, Randy Allen, back on May 19th and 20th. Giver her a call if you are interested.
The May meeting will be held at Andrea KernKamps at 7pm on May 5th.
